Curly Hair, Don’t Care

New Product Alert: Curly hair, Don’t care!  Calling all ladies with curly hair!! I found a product that you must try…….

Let’s talk about curls for a minute. Being a naturally curly haired woman, I’ve found that curly hair can be a love/hate relationship for most. I love my curls! I also hate them at times. Maybe, it’s because I haven’t found a product that will show them off the way I need them to.

I have used many gels, mousse products, and even hair spray gels (if that’s what they’re called) but I don’t like that hard, crunchy feeling it leaves on my hair. Can anyone relate? I’ve used products that make my curls look amazing when I first do my hair then, hours later, my hair is dry and full of frizz. I don’t know about you but curly, frizzy hair is so not pretty! Think, poodle…..Exactly!!!

I went shopping at Ulta and found Deva Curl Light Defining gel on display. I’m not going to lie, the packaging caught my eye, and the fact that it was on sale. Being that I’m always on a hunt for that ” must have” product, I began to do a little research. All the reviews I have read were positive. The ladies at the store never tried this product before so they weren’t helpful at all with answering my questions.

Deva Curl has an entire line of shampoo, conditioners, leave-ins, styling creams, foams, and much more. I love the fact that it is 100% sulfate, paraben, and silicone free. It’s better for my hair and it actually works. When I use this product in the morning till I shower at night, my curls stay fabulous looking. They have that wet look and I love that it doesn’t leave my hair crunchy. I can run my fingers through my curls with no problem. If I decide to finger comb my hair into a pony tail, I have no problems doing so.

Here are a few pictures I took at the end of the day to show you how my curls have held on.
